General conditions of Atesa

  • Vehicles can not be transported from th mainland to the islands and vive versa, nor between the Islands.
  • All charges are with taxes, in the Balearics there is a 16% VAT, 16€ VAT in Mainland and Balearics, and 13% IGIC in the Canary Islands.
  • Prices and models may vary without prior information. Prices applicable on the date of the booking.
  • MAXIMA DURATION OF THE CONTRACT: The maximum duration will be of 30 days. For periods superiors, it will have to realise a new contract of rent.
  • DRIVING LICENCE: At least TWO years of antiquity and, a minimum of 21 years old for the groups A, A1, C, C1, M, K2 and M4, 25 years old for the F3 and R, and 23 years old for the rest of groups. In the CANARY ISLANDS, TWO years of antiquity and, a minimum of 22 years old for all the groups.

Mileage in the Mainland and Balearics 375 km daily including. Price of extra km according to tariff.

Rental Hire periods are calculated on a 24 hour basis.
CDW Collision insurance. Partial exemption of the responsibility by damages to the vehicle in case of collision or upset (the client is responsible for the losses or damages caused until the deductible amount of the insurance coverage). Does not include franchise.
TP Robbery insurance. Partial Excención of the responsibility in case of partial or total robbery of the vehicle (the client is responsible for the losses or damages accused until the deductible amount of the TP)..

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?

Petrol, towing trucks, parking or traffic fines...

Fuel Rates do not include fuel, vehicles are always delivered with a full tank. In case that client may not return the vehicle with the full tank, the local company may charge the client for the fuel consumption plus an additional charge of 11,25€ + VAT/IGIC.  The client is responsible of refuelling correct of vehicle.
Fines and Expenses. All the infractions will be paid by the client. The charges of parking and washing will be in charge of the client, as well as all those produced during the rent that are responsibility of the client.
PAI Personal Accident Insurance, too cover the personal robbery of luggage or personal effects by a maximum quantity with 601€, excluding the deterioration of the same. Has a charge of 7,25€ /day + VAT/IGIC.
SCDW Super Collision Damage Waiver. Optional service that exempts to the renter by means of its hiring of the payment of damages or inflict casualties to the vehicle that is not covered by the CDW and the TP.

Out of hours deliveries 43,50€ + VAT/IGIC per rental.

SCHEDULES

Airport 24h. Out of hours deliveries (11:30p.m. to 08:00a.m.) with a supplement payment of 43,50€ + VAT/IGIC.
Offices MONDAY to FRIDAY from 09:30a.m. to 01:30p.m. and from 04:30p.m. to 07:00p.m. 
             SATURDAY from 09:30a.m. to 01:00p.m.
