General Conditions of Faycan-Hertz Canarias

• Vehicles can not be transported away from each of the Islands.
• The total hire charge is levied by a value-added tax of 13%.
• Prices and models may vary without prior information. Prices applicable on the date of the booking.
• DRIVING LICENCE: At least one year of antiquity and, a minimum of 21 years old for the groups A, B and C, and 25 years for the rest of groups.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Rental Rental Hire periods are calculated on a 24 hour basis.
Unlimited mileage.
CDW Assurance of Collision. Partial exemption of the responsibility for damages to the vehicle in case of collision or I overturn (the client is responsible for the losses or damages caused up to the deducible amount of the coverage of the assurance).
TP Assurance of Theft. Partial exemption of responsibility in case of partial or total theft of the vehicle (the client is responsible for the losses or hurts(damages) caused up to the deducible amount of the TP).
ASC Charge for service in Airports.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?

Petrol, baby seat, trunks and any other expense that incurs the driver.

Fuel The vehicles are delivered with a minimum of 1/4 of fuel that must be returned or paid initially or end of the rent.
PAI Occupant's assurance. Maximum coverage for driver and passengers of 21.034 € in case of death or minusvalia and 3.005 € for medical expenses. It has a charge of 1,80 €/day.
NWE Franchise. Applicable for accident and/or theft with or without guilty opposite. Value up to which the client is responsible in case of accident or theft, with the exception of which it breaks the terms and conditions of the contract of rent and specially in case of conduction for tracks of land, in whose circumstance will pay the complete amount of the disaster.
SCDW Assurance of exemption of Franchise. Optional service that exempts the lessee by means of his contracting of the payment of the minimal quantity to his charge, for damages or losses caused to the vehicle that is not covered by the CDW and the TP. This insurance in no case covers: damage caused in the low ones of the vehicle; damage in wheels, crystals, rear-view mirrors; loss or break of keys and derricks.

ADDITIONAL EXTRAS

It is possible that you is interested in adding secondary drivers to your rent or to reserve special seats for children...

Baby seat / booster 3,00€/day (up to a maximum of 30,00€). For 3-year-old minor children or whose weight is lower than 18 kg. Of 18 kg in forward, BOOSTER.
Trunks 3,00€/day (up to a maximum of 30,00€). Available for the groups A and A1.
Additional driver 3,00€/day (up to a maximum of 30,00€). This charge will be applied for one or more additional drivers. 
Deliveries and pick ups out of hours 18,95€ + IGIC. Only to deliveries at Airport. Subjet to previous confirmation. FROM THE 1 OF MAY OF THE 2010, 24,00€ + IGIC.
Rent here and return there 15,00€. For rentals of 1 or 2 days. Available inside the area of every island and always between offices of the same supplier.
Deliveries and pick ups in different points 9€/service. Subjet to previous confirmation.
